All prices above are in Canadian Dollars, and do not include shipping charges.

Please read the following terms and conditions, applicable to all commissioned pieces.

Deposit

At the time of booking I’ll request reference photos. Once we’ve settled on size, reference and any other details that need worked out, I collect a 25% non-refundable deposit to commence the work. Final balance and shipping costs if applicable are due at completion.

Timing

Portraits are usually completed within 4 weeks of deposit.

Cancelation

I reserve the right to cancel a commission, if I don’t think the reference photos are adequate, or I don’t think we’ll be able to work together well. If this happens I’ll promptly return any deposit that’s been paid.

If a client wishes to cancel a commission but work has already started on the portrait, I reserve the right to keep the deposit to cover my time and supplies.

Postage

At this time I only ship within Canada. All portraits are packaged carefully and sent tracked package. If the portrait is damaged or lost during shipping to you, I’ll repair or replace the portrait and cover the additional shipping costs.

The copyright to all my work is retained by me.

Commissioned pieces may not be reproduced in any way, or used for any commercial purposes without my express consent.

I often use commission pieces in my social media and on my newsletter. If you’d prefer me not to do so with your portrait, please let me know and I’m happy to honor your request.
